Created the 2016 Marketing Plan based on managements sales goals and the need for greater lead generation. The plan was focused on the creation of a new inbound marketing content strategy:

–Email Newsletters & other digital touch points
This strategy was supported by a diverse marketing mix that included trade-show exhibiting, association networking events, a loyalty program, referral program and proposal writing. Separate focus was placed on expanding business with existing clients. This entailed leading a sales training for Account Managers, creating presentations and proposals for client visits, and creating strategies for up and cross-selling.
